We are equipped with an in-house anodization plant for aluminium.
Open pore anodization and subsequent printing gives plates a high seal resistance to any corrosive agent.
We carry out sating finishing using rotating brush machinery that is able to handle a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
The department has 3 satin finishing machines with reduction of dust using water. It also has a calibrating machine that allows high levels of machining precision in terms of level and finish.
We work with structured companies who carry out galvanization treatments and industrial painting.
In particular we perform ANTI TOUCH painting, which uses state-of-the-art nanotechnology to give the product a thin protective film that cannot be damaged by any chemical substance.
